We ship most of our products from our warehouse in Australia, and Asia. 95% Products ordered ship next business day, if ordered before 4PM, AEST.
If ordered after 4PM, AEST, they ship the following business day.
We ship five days/week: Monday - Friday.
Ensure delivery address are correct before payment. PO BOX address is not recommended for high value items, and please leave us your phone number for delivery. Please make sure that somebody is at home during delivery date
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Grabme can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Use the tracking number to track your package, once it has been uploaded to My Account and we would be happy to support you for delivery problems.
